Why I'm running

I am a 12-year resident of Paso Robles and a mother of two children who’ve attended Paso Robles public schools from elementary through high school, including a current junior at PRHS. I am also a compliance professional in the wine industry so I am well-versed in operating within a highly regulated environment, and I operate with integrity in my personal and professional life. I’ve tried to lead by listening first — making sure others feel heard and that their perspectives and concerns help shape the conversation.

My relationships with teachers and administrators at all grade levels, along with discussions of district issues with other parents, my own children and friends, have helped shape my perspective on the challenges our district faces.

Our Trustees have a responsibility to cut through the public noise and hone in on what matters most – the education of the next generations of Paso Roblans. As a citizen with a vested interest in our schools, I will strive to prioritize student and educator needs. Today’s students are tomorrow’s workforce, entrepreneurs, and taxpayers. Investing in our educators stabilizes our schools and puts top-tier talent in front of our kids, and benefits the community.

Core campaign values

Support & safety for every student
Every child should feel safe, known, and supported at school, from the first bell to the last.
Responsible & transparent finances
Families should be able to see where district money goes and why. Budgets in plain language, decisions made in the open.
Retain and recruit top educators
Great teachers and staff make great schools. The district should be a place where they not only WANT to work, but a place they can AFFORD to work.
Foster collaboration
Parents, teachers, staff, students, and the community all have a stake. Better decisions come from listening to each of them.
Leadership & accountability
Set clear goals, share the results, and own the outcomes.
